Reformer
Q - Can I join any class?
A - Not really, if you have never participated in reformer Pilates before we do require you to attend the beginner course, beginners workshop or have a 1-1 so we can assess and see your movement patterns and understanding of your body. This is for safety. I want you to get the most out of your classes and to be completely safe.
Q- What should I wear?
A- Whatever you feel comfortable in. Form fitting clothing does help the instructor to see how your body is moving, but if you are more comfortable in a baggy T, feel free to wear that!
Q- Is reformer beginner friendly?
A - not all classes are the same... Make sure you read the description and choose a class that suits you. If you are brand new, book onto the beginners course or workshop.

Assessment/ PT / Treatments
Q- What should I wear?
A- ideally leggings and a tight fitting top so I can see your posture.
Or shorts for Men with a form fitting top.
Q- Will you be able to fix my issue?
A- I will not know until I assess you, I am not a Dr so I cannot formally diagnose you with anything, I can just give my opinion and reasons why I think that may be the problem. I will discuss the route I think would help. Some times this may involve me referring you to your Dr or an osteopath.
Q- Can you treat me after I have been diagnosed by someone else?
A- Yes absolutely! If you know what the issue is I can help rectify the issue.
Q- Nothing else has worked, will this?
A- I can't answer that. I have had lot's of other patients who have tried various other options with little results, who have had great results with me. I don't use a generic plan, I don't give you a sheet of paper with a few exercises on and send you on your way. Everything is bespoke to you. Sometimes it will be a little bit of trial and error, but we will do our very best to get you results. Using manual therapy and corrective exercises we can create great outcomes, that you typically don't get just doing one of the other. hey work in tandem together.
