90 minute experience
45 minutes of gentle stretching, relaxation, connection to breath and self on the reformer.
Releasing muscle tension, lowering stress, and improving mood through the release of endorphins and serotonin. Improve circulation, reduce aches and pains, and provide a moment for mindfulness.

It also contributes to overall well-being through benefits like improved sleep quality and better digestion. 60 minutes of gentle flow yoga

30 minutes of meditation with a visualisation to learn more about yourself.
You will be given a sheet to fill in at then if you want to and we will discuss the findings.

Sunday Session
90 minute experience
30 minutes of reformer
30 minutes of tower
30 minute sound bath
We start on the reformer, warm up, mixed ability movements, layers for you to choose your level.
We move to the tower, a very different experience, we will focus on core and control, and finish with some gorgeous stretches.
Then it is tome to relax... short guided relaxation and we feel the sensations of the singing bowls
Bring a blanket, hoody, maybe some joggers to add over the top of your leggings. We want to keep you warm while we find stillness.

Pilates and Pamper
60 minute Mat and Reformer class
5 on the mats and 5 on the beds, we switch half way
60 minutes of trying out tropic products
Tropic products are made with all natural ingredients, no nasty chemicals.
Did you know that your skin is your biggest organ and anything you put on your skin absorbs into your bloodstream?
We try to be careful of what we put into our bodies, but sometimes forget about what we put on to our bodies.
You can try the skincare and body products and have a mini DIY facial if you like!
