The completely tailored food plan is a more in-depth approach and requires more information from you.

How does it work?
In order for me to create a plan for you I will ask you to fill in a food diary for me for a week.
The food diary does ask for a fair amount of info as I want to get a full picture of your eating habits.
I will send you over some forms to fill in and we will check in after a week to go over the findings, then I will need a few days to create the plan for you.
