Service Description
Required for those who have never done reformer before. 1-1 session to teach the basic movements and postures before you join a group session.
Cancellation Policy
48 hour cancellation policy Notice given before 48 hours to change day and time or full cancelation and deposit will be refunded. within 48- 24 hour notice given - deposit will be forfeited. Les than 24 hours the full amount will need to be paid in order to rebook. You are responsible for making sure you are eligible for this treatment. Please read the FAQ's on the wood therapy page
