Required for those who have never done reformer before. 1-1 session to teach the basic movements and postures before you join a group session.
Cancellation Policy
48 hour cancellation policy Notice given before 48 hours to change day and time or full cancelation and deposit will be refunded. within 48- 24 hour notice given - deposit will be forfeited. Less than 24 hours the full amount will need to be paid in order to rebook.
