1 x 15 or 45 minute onboarding session - we will take your weight and all body metrics as well as measurements and before pictures
3 x 45 classes per week - Small group PT
Morning, afternoon and evening classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Catch up sessions over the weekend
Maximum 6 participants per session
Optional Check in session every 2 weeks to check weight and answer any questions
